Registered Nurse - Lake Nash

We’re seeking experienced N4 Remote Area Registered Nurses for a series of 6‑week contracts in a remote Northern Territory community. These roles are ideal for confident clinicians with strong primary health care and emergency response skills who thrive in autonomous, fast‑paced environments.

You’ll work as part of a remote healthcare team delivering essential services to the local community, requiring adaptability, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to work independently.

• Location: Lake Nash / Alpurrurulam, Northern Territory
• Facility: Remote Primary Health Care Service

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary health care services
• Respond to medical and trauma emergencies
• Practice autonomously in a remote clinical setting
• Conduct assessments, treatment, and care coordination
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with remote health teams and visiting services

Key Skills / Qualifications Required

• Current AHPRA Registration
• N4 classification with Remote Area Nursing experience
• Strong emergency response and primary health care skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Current NT Working With Children Clearance
• Current National Police Check
• Full Australian working rights

Contract Details

• Start Date: 26 June 2026 for 8 weeks
• Excellent NT contract rates
